Scannig & Bundling for Digital Evaluation

Upload Booklets​

The 'Upload Booklets' functionality on ExamX provides a digital solution for users to upload scanned answer booklets. Here is how to use this feature:

Note: This option is only available for Digital Evaluation Process

Accessing 'Upload Booklets'​

  1. Log into the ExamX platform.
  2. On the left-hand side menu, locate and select 'Upload Booklets' under the 'Examinations' section.

Preparing Booklets for Upload​

Before uploading, ensure each answer booklet is scanned as a PDF file named with the booklet's barcode ID.

Uploading Process​

In the 'Upload Booklets' interface, you can see the total number of registrations and uploads. Click 'Upload Booklet Sheets' to select and upload the PDF files for the relevant subject.

Make Bundles​

After uploading the answer booklets, the next step is to organize them into bundles for evaluation:

Initiating Bundling​

Navigate to the main 'Examinations' page under the scanning and bundling opiton you will find the list of courses. Each course listed will have a 'Bundling' option. Click this to start the bundling process for that course.

Bundling Dialog​

Upon clicking 'Bundling', a dialog box appears titled 'Generate Bundles for [Course Name]'. Here, you will input the desired number of booklets per bundle.

Generating Bundles​

After entering the number of booklets, click 'Generate Bundles'. The system will then create the bundles, each with a unique Bundle ID, and organize the uploaded booklets accordingly.
