Evaluation Report System User Guide

Introduction​

The Evaluation Report System within CampX is designed to assist evaluators with a comprehensive overview of their assigned evaluation tasks. This guide aims to simplify the process of accessing and understanding the evaluation reports, ensuring that evaluators can manage their duties effectively within the CampX ecosystem.

  1. After logging into the CampX portal, navigate to the 'Exams' tab on the main dashboard.
  2. Within the Exams section, locate and click on the 'Evaluation Report' option.

Viewing and Using the Feature​

  • The main interface presents a table summarizing the evaluation tasks with details such as Bundle Number, Evaluator Name, Subject Code, and the status of Booklets (Pending, In Progress, and Completed).
  • To tailor the report to specific needs, evaluators can use the filters at the top of the page, selecting the desired Evaluator Type and Subject Type.
