Exam Configuration

Introduction​

The Configuring Exams feature in the examX module of CampX is designed to streamline the setup and management of examinations. This feature offers a robust and user-friendly interface to configure various aspects of exams, including scheduling, format, and assessment criteria, ensuring a smooth and efficient examination process.

  1. Log into the CampX platform.
  2. From the main dashboard, access the 'examX' module.
  3. Within examX, select the 'Exam Configuration' option.

Configuring Time Slots:​

  1. Access 'Time Slots' within 'Exam Configurations'.
  2. Review the list of predefined exam time slots.
  3. To define a new time slot, click 'Add New Time Slot', input the title, start and end times, and then click 'Create Time Slot' to finalize.

Setting Up Exam Rooms:​

  1. Navigate to 'Rooms' in the 'Exam Configurations' tab.
  2. Observe the existing room configurations.
  3. To add a room, hit 'Add New Room', provide the details, and then select 'Add Room' to incorporate it into the system.

Assigning Evaluators:​

  1. Select 'Evaluators' from the 'Exam Configurations' menu.
  2. This area allows you to manage which evaluators are assigned to specific exams.
  3. Use the 'Add' option to assign evaluators as needed.

Adding Signature Details:​

  1. Within 'Exam Configurations', find 'Signature Details'.
  2. Upload digital signatures of the Principal/Dean and the Exam Controller, which are required for official exam-related documentation.

They will assist you in configuring the campus-specific moderation rules, ensuring that your examination standards and policies are accurately reflected and enforced in the ExamX suite.
