On-Screen Evaluation System (OSES) User Guide

Introduction​

The On-Screen Evaluation System (OSES) at CampX is a revolutionary step towards digitizing the evaluation process of examinations. By integrating advanced scanning and bundling technology with an intuitive online interface, the OSES enhances accuracy, efficiency, and convenience for evaluators. This system activates once the examination scripts are scanned and bundled, and evaluators are notified and assigned to their respective bundles.

  • Evaluators will receive a notification about their assigned bundles.
  • To access the assigned evaluations, evaluators can log in via the provided link, which is structured as https://www.evaluator.campx.in.
  • Upon first login, evaluators are required to complete a two-factor authentication process using the Aadhar-based OTP system.

Viewing and Using the Feature​

  • Once logged in, the evaluator will be presented with a dashboard showing the assigned bundles.
  • Clicking on a bundle will display scanned examination papers for evaluation.
  • On the right side of the interface, there is a section for marking scores, which is configured according to the paper setup.

Adding or Modifying Elements​

  • Evaluators can start the evaluation by clicking "Start Evaluation" for the respective bundle.
  • During evaluation, scores can be entered next to each question as per the displayed scanned paper.
  • The system allows for saving and updating scores progressively, ensuring no data loss.
