Introduction

Lead Statuses play a crucial role in tracking potential interests and engagements with the platform. These statuses help admissions team to categorize and prioritize their interactions with prospective students, providing a quick visual representation of each lead's current situation. This guide provides a step-by-step process for adding Lead Statuses within the EnrollX Platform, facilitating structured student leads management.

Managing Lead Status

To begin managing Lead Status, here’s how to navigate:

  1. Sign in to your CampX account and access EnrollX app.
  2. Click Configuration on the EnrollX Sidebar.
  3. Click on Admissions dropdown and Select Lead Status to perform the operations.

Viewing and Using the Features

In the Lead Status section, you will find a table listing the various statuses such as 'Cold', 'Hot', 'Interested and need counseling', and others. Each status is associated with a color code for easy identification. Actions such as creating, updating, or deleting a status can be performed here.

Performing Actions

Creation of Lead Status Caste

  1. To add a new quota, click the Add New button.
  2. In the form, enter the name of the Lead Status.
  3. Submit the form to create a new Lead Status.

Updating of Admission Quota

  1. Find the Lead Status you wish to update from the list.
  2. Click the Edit action button pencil icon next to the Lead Status.
  3. Modify the Lead Status name.
  4. Save the changes to apply the update.

Deletion of Admission Quota:

  1. Locate the Lead Status you intend to delete.
  2. Click the Delete action button trash icon next to the Lead Status.
  3. Confirm the deletion to remove the Lead Status from the list.

The Lead Status feature is not just a labeling tool but a strategic asset. It allows for quick visual sorting of leads, helping faculty to prioritize follow-ups.
