Introduction​

Lead Sources are pivotal in understanding how potential leads discover and engage with your institution. This feature helps you to track and analyze the origin of each lead, whether it's from your website, a referral, an event, or other sources. This guide provides a step-by-step process for adding Lead Source within the EnrollX Platform, facilitating structured student leads management.

Getting Started​

To begin managing Lead Sources, here’s how to navigate:

  1. Sign in to your CampX account and access EnrollX app.
  2. Click Configuration on the Enroll Sidebar.
  3. Click on Admissions dropdown and Select Lead Sources to perform the operations.

Viewing and Using the Feature​

The Lead Sources page presents a clean interface listing all the sources with the option to perform various actions. You can view the existing sources and easily identify where to add or modify entries.

Performing Actions​

Creation ofLead Source Caste

  1. To add a new quota, click the Add New button.
  2. In the form, enter the name of the Lead Source.
  3. Submit the form to create a new Lead Source.

Updating of Admission Quota

  1. Find the Lead Source you wish to update from the list.
  2. Click the Edit action button pencil icon next to the Lead Source.
  3. Modify the Lead Source name.
  4. Save the changes to apply the update.

Deletion of Admission Quota:

  1. Locate the Lead Source you intend to delete.
  2. Click the Delete action button trash icon next to the Lead Source.
  3. Confirm the deletion to remove the Lead Source from the list.
