Student Caste

Introduction​

The Student Caste feature on the CampX platform is a sensitive and important aspect of the admissions process, allowing admissions team to record and manage caste information in compliance with institutional policies and legal frameworks. This guide provides a step-by-step process for adding Student Caste within the EnrollX Platform, facilitating structured student leads management.

Getting Started​

To begin managing Student Caste, here’s how to navigate:

  1. Sign in to your CampX account and access EnrollX app.
  2. Click Configurationon the EnrollX Sidebar.
  3. Click on Admissions dropdown and Select Student Caste to perform the operations.

Viewing and Using the Feature​

The Student Caste page displays a list of castes and their respective subcastes, along with options for adding, editing, or deleting records. There is also a feature to import caste data in bulk using a CSV or XLSX file.

Performing Actions​

Creation ofStudent Caste Caste

  1. To add a new quota, click the Student Caste button.
  2. In the form, enter the name of the caste and the multiple relevant subcastes.
  3. Submit the form to create a new Student Caste.

Updating of Admission Quota

  1. Find the Student Caste you wish to update from the list.
  2. Click the Edit action button pencil icon next to the Student Caste in the table.
  3. Modify the Student Caste name or associated Sub Castes as necessary.
  4. Save the changes to apply the update.

Deletion of Admission Quota:

  1. Locate the Student Caste you intend to delete.
  2. Click the Delete action button trash icon next to the Student Caste in the table.
  3. Confirm the deletion to remove the Student Caste from the list.
