Regulation Batches

Introduction to Managing Regulation Batches​

Regulation Batches in CampX Square allow users to define which curriculum applies to which batch and program, ensuring accurate academic tracking and scheduling.

  1. From the CampX Square dashboard, navigate to Configurations > Academics > Regulation Batches.

Creating a New Regulation Batch​

  1. On the Regulation Batches page, click New Regulation Batch.
  2. In the pop-up, select the appropriate Degree, Batch, and Regulation.
  3. Submit to create the batch, linking it to the selected curriculum.

Viewing the Regulation Batches​

  • The table displays existing regulation batches.
  • Apply filters for Degree, Batch, or Regulation to sort and view specific records.

This functionality is critical for maintaining organized records of academic regulations and their applicability to student cohorts.
