Student Admission Details

Introduction

The Student Admission Timeline is an integrated feature within the EnrollX platform that allows for the detailed management and tracking of a student's admission journey. This feature provides faculty and administration with a comprehensive overview of each student’s admission status, including financial aspects, document submission, and personal details.This guide provides a step-by-step process for managing Admission Details and Timeline within the EnrollX Platform, facilitating structured student Admissions management.

Getting Started

To begin accessing Admission Details and Timeline, here’s how to navigate:

  1. Sign in to your CampX account and access EnrollX app.
  2. Click on the Admissions section in the EnrollX sidebar.
  3. Inside the 'Admissions` page you will find the list of Admission notification for that respective batches
  4. Click on respective Admission Notification to view Admissions List
  5. Click on the eye icon next to an individual Admission from the Admissions table.

View Admission Details

Viewing and Using the Feature

In the Admission Details section, you can see personal details, contact information, academic background, and the Admission’s choices for courses. The timeline provides a chronological view of all interactions and updates made to the Admission’s profile.

Performing Actions

Updation of Details:

  1. For Contact Information: Update the information for the respective fields First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, Alternate Mobile Number, Email Address, Alternate Email Address, Gender, Aadhar Number or NIC Number, 10+2 Hall Ticket Number, click on the respective field and enter the new information.
  2. For Academic Details Update Batch, Degree, Program, Quota, Semester, Academic Batch click on the respective field and select from the dropdown menu to update the data
  3. For Geograhic Information Update Country, State, City, Pincode and Permanent Address select from the dropdown menu to update the data.
  4. For Parent/Guardian Information Update Guardian Name, Guardian Mobile Number, Guardians Occupation, Guardians Income, Guardians Aadhar Number
  5. For Other Details Update Entrance Exam Marks, Identification Marks, Lateral Entry, Eligible for Scholarship, Eligible for Imbursement, Blood Group
  6. For Academic Performance Update 10 + 2 Details and 10th Details including hall ticket numbers, boards, and marks information.
  7. For Academic Performance for Post Graduate Students Update Undergraduate Details including Percentage, CGPA, Qualifiying Boards, Degree.
  8. Update the Admission Phase and enter any additional comments if necessary.
  9. Click on Save Changes button to update the changes for the respective Admission.
Confirm Admission

The Assigned Counsellor can click on the Confirm Admission by updating all the mandatory details in the Student Admission form.

Documents Upload Option for Admission:

The Assigned Counsellor can click on Upload File button to attach relevant documents to the Admission’s profile for easy access and reference.

Admission Timeline Updated by Counsellor:

The Assigned Counsellor can update the timeline with comments on each interaction or milestone achieved in the Student Admission’s progression.

Confirm Admission

The Assigned Counsellor can click on the Confirm Admission by updating all the mandatory details in the Student Admission form.

Sync Fees:

Navigate to Sync Fees

  1. The Assigned Counsellor can click on Sync Fees button to view the Tuition Fees as per the fee structure assigned to the specific batch and quota of the student.
  2. The Assigned Counsellor can update Concession Amount and Scholarship Amount if applicable for the respective student.
  3. The Assigned Counsellor can click on Sync Fee button to update the fee structure for the respective student or click on Cancel button to close the pop up.

Admission Actions:

Unconfirm Admission

  1. Unconfirm Admission: The Admissions team can click on Unconfirm Admission to unconfirm the confirmed Student Admission
  2. Print Admission: The Admissions team can click on Print Admission to print the student application form with all the details as per the institution template.
  3. Reject Admission: The Admissions team can click on Reject Admission to reject a specific student admission by updating the Reason for Rejection.
  4. Cancel Admission: The Admissions team can click on Cancel Admission to cancel a specific student admission by updating the Reason for Cancellation.

Unconfirm Admission

Custom Fields:

Any additional information required can be included via custom fields in the Admission form, which our team can customize as per your institution requirements.
