Introduction

The 'Time Table' feature in ExamX is designed to help you schedule and organize the various papers for an upcoming exam. It ensures that all exams are properly sequenced and that students and faculty are aware of the schedule.

Steps for Time Table Configuration

Accessing Time Table Configuration

  1. Within the 'Exams' section, click on 'Time Table' for the specific exam session you're working with.

Adding a New Paper to the Time Table

  1. Click on 'Add New Paper' to schedule a new exam paper.
  2. Select the 'Paper' from the dropdown, which correlates to the specific exam or subject.
  3. Choose the 'Date' for the exam paper to be conducted.
  4. Pick a 'Time Slot' for when the paper will take place.
  5. Determine the 'Programs' and 'Sections' that will participate in this paper.

Note: IMPORTANT

  • Order of Papers: The numbers in the 'Paper' dropdown during the 'Add New Paper' process represent the sequence of the papers. It's crucial to match this number with the subject order defined when creating the subject to ensure all subjects are gathered and presented correctly across different courses.
  • Paper Sequencing: The sequencing helps in aggregating all the subjects in different courses based on the order set here.

Printing the Time Table

  • Use the 'Print Time Table' button to generate a hard copy of the schedule for distribution or display.
