Introduction​

The 'Answer Booklets' feature in the examX module is designed to facilitate the creation and management of answer booklets for both physical and digital evaluations in academic settings.

Accessing the Feature​

  1. Log into the CampX platform and navigate to the examX module.
  2. Select 'Examinations' and then choose 'Answer Booklets'.

Using the Feature for Physical Evaluation​

To prepare booklets for physical evaluation, follow these steps:

  1. Generate an Excel sheet with student information, subject details, and barcodes for the first page.
  2. Review and modify the information as needed.
  3. Download the sheet in XLS format for printing.

Using the Feature for Digital Evaluation​

For digital evaluations, follow these steps:

  1. Generate an Excel sheet containing student details, subject information, and barcodes for each page.
  2. Ensure the accuracy of the information and make any necessary adjustments.
  3. Download the sheet for use in digital answer booklet preparation.

Printing Answer Booklets​

  • Share the generated Excel sheet data with booklet printers for efficient printing.
  • Utilize CampX's printing services if available. Contact your point of contact (POC) for more details.
