Extensive Reports for Classrooms

Purpose and Scope

The Classroom Reports feature is a comprehensive analytical tool that provides a variety of reports across three main areas within the CampX platform. These reports offer valuable insights into classroom attendance, progress, and assessment, facilitating data-driven decision-making for faculty and administration.

Accessing the Feature

Reports can be accessed from the main navigation menu under Classrooms, within a specific classroom, or within a particular subject/course, each offering relevant data and analytics.

Functionality Overview

Within a Subject:

  • Overall Assessment Report: Consolidates all assessments within the subject, customizable and exportable.
  • Assessment Type Report: Allows for viewing and exporting student scores for specific assessments.
  • Day Wise Assessment Report: Displays daily attendance for each class session.
  • Attendance Report: Shows consolidated attendance percentages for each session.

Inside a Classroom:

  • Assessment Report: View and export scores for each subject in a selected assessment.
  • Subject Report: A consolidated view of student performances across all assessments, filterable by subject type.
  • Attendance Report: A comprehensive attendance report, with filters for date ranges, session counts, percentages, and applicable classes.

Classroom Reports in Main Navigation

The Classroom Reports in the main navigation of the CampX platform offer an in-depth look at various metrics across the academic institution. These reports are structured into different categories, each focusing on specific areas of classroom and academic management.

Classroom Attendance Reports

  • Subject Wise Attendance: Enables users to view average attendance percentages for each subject with various filters like degree, program, batch, etc.
  • Section Wise Average Attendance: Shows average attendance for a particular section over a selected date range.
  • Student Attendance Report: Presents individual students' attendance within a selected range, with extensive filtering options.
  • Consolidated Attendance Reports: Offers comprehensive views of attendance for each subject, including presence, absence, and attendance percentages.
  • Monthly Attendance Reports: Provides monthly breakdowns of attendance for students in a selected section and date range.

Classroom Progress Reports

  • Classroom Progress Report: Details session-wise topics covered and attendance percentages.
  • Syllabus Coverage Reports: Outlines sessions completed, topics to be covered, and actual coverage.
  • Cumulative Classroom Progress: Displays subject-wise topics covered, course completion percentage, and average attendances.

Classroom Timetable Reports

  • Classroom Timetable Status: Shows the number of slots filled in the timetable for each section.

Classroom Faculty Reports

  • Inactive Faculty Report: Lists faculty who haven't marked any attendance.
  • Unassigned Faculty Report: Identifies faculty members not assigned to subjects.
  • Faculty Attendance Status Report: Shows attendance marking status by faculty.

Subject Reports

  • Subject Assessment Report: Analysis of student backlogs and performance by subject.
  • Subject Batches Configuration Report: Information on grade templates attached to subjects.

Result Analysis Reports

  • Campus Result Analysis: Department-wise analysis of student backlogs.
  • Department Wise Section Analysis: Overall performance per section.
  • Department Wise Course Analysis: Pass/fail statistics for each subject.
  • Faculty Analysis: Evaluates faculty performance based on subject-wise pass percentages.

Assessment Reports

  • Assessment Status Report: Tracks whether assessments have been conducted or are pending.

Usage and Application

  • Head of Department (HOD): Accesses broad overview and analysis.
  • Class Incharge and HOD: Utilize reports within a specific classroom for performance tracking.
  • Faculty: Access subject reports to manage and review assessments, attendance, and student performance within their subjects.

These multi-layered reporting tools allow different levels of academic staff to perform their roles effectively. They provide a detailed picture of the academic environment, from individual student progress to classroom dynamics and overall departmental outcomes.
