Student Information System

Accessing Student Information​

  1. In CampX Square's main menu, select Students > All Students.
  2. Use filters for Batch, Course, Program, and Status to refine the student list.

Student Profile Overview​

  • Upon selecting a student, you'll find their photo, name, and roll number on the left.
  • Below are tabs for Academic Details and Personal Details.

Detailed Academic Information​

  • Academic Performance: (View) semester-wise scores, including external and internal exam results, and other assessments.
  • Payments: Track the student's financial transactions, with filters for academic years and indicators for dues.
  • Attendance: Analyze detailed attendance records, overall percentage, class averages, and individual session attendance.
  • Memos: Access any memos related to the student.
  • Backlogs: List of any backlogs, with program, semester, subject code, and name.

Utility​

This system provides a comprehensive academic journey for each student, essential for administration and educational tracking.
