The Digital Notice Board serves as an innovative and eco-friendly alternative to traditional bulletin boards found on campus. It's designed to keep students informed about the latest campus achievements, notifications, announcements, and events, ensuring that vital information is accessible to everyone with just a few clicks.

Adding Posts and Announcements​

Accessing the Feature​

  • Users can begin by clicking on the floating Add button typically found in the bottom corner of the Digital Notice Board interface.

Creating Posts​

  • Step-by-Step Process:
    • Select 'Add Post': After clicking the floating button, users can choose to add posts, announcements, or polls.
    • Specify Details:
      • Content Type: Choose from categories such as Academic, Co-curricular, Opportunities, Events, etc.
      • Title: Provide a concise and informative title for the post.
      • Tags: Include keywords that help in searching and categorizing the post.
      • Description: A detailed explanation or information that the post intends to convey.
      • Attachments: Users can upload media, documents, or provide URLs for additional information.
      • Target Audience Selection: Choose who the post is intended for, ensuring the right demographic sees the update.

Creating Announcements​

  • Step-by-Step Process:
    • Select 'Announcement': Within the same add function, users can opt to create an announcement.
    • Specify Details:
      • Content Type: Select the relevant category for the announcement.
      • Description: Enter the main body of the announcement.
      • Date: If the announcement pertains to a specific date or deadline, it can be included.
      • Target Audience Selection: Determine who needs to receive the announcement to ensure proper communication.

Publishing and Viewing​

  • Once a post or announcement is submitted, it will appear on the Digital Notice Board wall.
  • The specified target audience, which typically includes students, will be able to view these updates through their mobile app, keeping them engaged and informed about campus life.
