  • Users can initiate a poll by clicking on the Add button, similar to adding posts or announcements.

    • Select 'Polls': From the add options, choose the polls feature to create a new poll.
    • Complete the Poll Form:
      • Content Type: Identify the category of the poll, which helps in organizing and filtering polls.
      • Poll Question: Craft a clear and concise question that you wish to pose to the audience.
      • Tags: Add relevant keywords to assist in searchability and categorization.
      • Multiple Options: Provide various response options for participants to choose from.
      • End Date and Time: Set a deadline for when the poll will close to ensure timely participation.
      • Target Audience Selection: Designate who should participate in the poll, targeting the relevant segment of the campus community.

Participation and Analytics

  • Upon publishing, students will receive a notification on their mobile app, where they can view and respond to the poll.
  • Analytics: The admin and the creator of the poll have access to real-time analytics, which may include:
    • Number of responses.
    • Distribution of votes across the options.
