Utilization of Feedback Data

The analysis of faculty feedback is not just a metric of performance but also a tool for recognizing patterns, trends, and individual feedback that can guide faculty training programs, curriculum development, and overall academic planning. By leveraging this data, the institution can foster a culture of excellence and responsiveness to student needs, ensuring that the education delivered is engaging, effective, and continuously evolving.
