- Employee ID: A unique identifier for each employee within the organization.
- First Name: The given name of the employee.
- Last Name: The family or surname of the employee.
- Username: The designated login name used for system access.
- Institutions: The affiliated institution or organizational unit within the broader campus network.
Personal Information
- Date of Birth: The birth date of the employee.
- Gender: The gender identity of the employee (options include Male, Female, Other).
- Marital Status: Marital status of the employee (options include Married, Single).
- About Me: A personal bio or summary about the employee.
Work Information
- Department: The department within the organization where the employee works.
- Designation: The official job title or role of the employee.
- Employment Type: Classification of employment (e.g., full-time, part-time, contract).
