This guide provides a step-by-step process for managing Employee Details within the PeopleX Platform.

Getting Started

To begin managing Employee Details, here’s how to navigate:

  1. Sign in to your CampX account and access PeopleX app.
  2. Click Employeeson the PeopleX Sidebar.
  3. View the Employees Table for the list of created employees in the organization.
  4. Click on the eye icon beside the respective Employee in the employee list table.

Employee Details List

This list centralizes employee data for ease of access and management. Here's a breakdown of the fields contained within each section:

Basic Information

  • Employee ID: A unique identifier for each employee within the organization.
  • First Name: The given name of the employee.
  • Last Name: The family or surname of the employee.
  • Username: The designated login name used for system access.
  • Institutions: The affiliated institution or organizational unit within the broader campus network.

Personal Information

  • Date of Birth: The birth date of the employee.
  • Gender: The gender identity of the employee (options include Male, Female, Other).
  • Marital Status: Marital status of the employee (options include Married, Single).
  • About Me: A personal bio or summary about the employee.

Work Information

  • Department: The department within the organization where the employee works.
  • Designation: The official job title or role of the employee.
  • Employment Type: Classification of employment (e.g., full-time, part-time, contract).
  • Source of Hiring: The origin or method through which the employee was recruited.

Identification Details

  • PAN: Permanent Account Number for financial and tax-related identification in India.
  • Aadhaar: A 12-digit unique identity number provided by the UIDAI.

Address Information

  • Present Address: Current residential address details.
  • Permanent Address: Legal permanent residence of the employee.

Contact Information

  • Work Phone Number: Contact number used for work-related communications.
  • Personal Email Address: Personal email address for non-work-related or emergency contact.
  • Personal Mobile Number: Mobile phone number for personal contact.

Separation Information

  • Date of Exit: The official date when the employee ceased working with the organization.
  • Exit Reason: Reason provided for the employee’s departure.

Professional Experience

  • Previous Organization Name: Names of prior employers or companies.
  • Role: Positions or titles held in previous employments.
  • From Date - To Date: Duration of employment at each previous organization.
  • Job Description: Brief description of responsibilities and tasks performed.
  • Relevant: Indicator of whether the experience is relevant to the current role.

Education Details

  • Institute Name: Educational institutions attended.
  • Degree/Diploma: Qualifications earned.
  • Specialization: Field or area of study.
  • Date of Completion: When the degree or diploma was awarded.

Dependent Details

  • Name: Name of the dependent.
  • Relationship: The employee's relationship to the dependent.
  • Date of Birth: Birth date of the dependent.

Updating Employee Details

To update an employee's details:

  1. Navigate to the Employee List.
  2. Click on the eye icon beside the respective Employee in the employee list table.
  3. On the employee’s details page, click the Edit button to make changes to any section.
  4. After making the necessary edits, ensure to click on Save Changes button to update the changes in the employee profile.
