Managing Concessions in PayX

Introduction

Concessions in PayX are adjustments made to a student's fees, often based on scholarships, financial aid, or other criteria. The Concessions module allows users to manage these fee modifications effectively.

  • In PayX, go to the 'Concessions' section from the navigation menu.

Reviewing and Managing Concessions

  • Concessions are listed with details such as Admission ID, Student Name, Quota, Fee Type, and Status.
  • Users with appropriate permissions can review concession requests directly in the table.

Approving or Rejecting Concessions

  • Click 'Action' beside a concession request to approve or reject it.
  • Enter remarks for the decision, providing transparency and accountability for record-keeping.

Monitoring Status

  • The 'Status' column in the concessions table displays the outcome of each request, while 'Remarks' provide further context on the decision made.

This feature streamlines the financial administration process by allowing users to handle fee adjustments within the PayX system efficiently.
