To begin managing Employee Punch Logs, here’s how to navigate:

  1. Sign in to your CampX account and access PeopleX app.
  2. Click Attendanceon the PeopleX Sidebar.
  3. Click on Punch Logs in the drop down to view the biometric log of the employeee in that organization.

Viewing and Using the Feature:​

Upon accessing the Punch Logs section, users will encounter a table displaying the following columns:

  • Employee ID: Unique identifier assigned to each employee for tracking purposes.
  • Punch Time: The exact time an employee punched in or out.
  • Punch Date: The date on which the punch occurred, assisting in historical data analysis.
  • Punch State: This indicates whether the recorded punch was a Check-In or Check-Out.
  • Device Name: The name of the device used for punching, which may include biometric scanners or digital punch clocks.
  • Area Name: Specifies the location where the punch was registered, aiding in location-based attendance tracking.

Adding or Modifying Elements:​

Not applicable to this feature as it is for viewing biometric logs only.
