4. Alert System​

  • Purpose: To periodically check and provide real-time alerts on the health of the program.
  • Types of Alerts:
    • Data Integrity Alerts: Missing or inconsistent data in program details, regulations, courses, etc.
    • Attainment Target Alerts: Deviations from set attainment targets in courses.
    • Lifecycle Progress Alerts: Delays or issues in semester progressions, exam data integration.
    • Regulatory Compliance Alerts: Non-compliance with educational standards or regulations.
  • Alert Mechanisms: Email, dashboard notifications, SMS.
  • Frequency of Checks: Configurable, ranging from real-time to periodic (daily, weekly, monthly).

Dashboard​

An overview panel displaying key metrics, alerts, and status updates related to the program. Could include visual charts and quick links.

Program Basic Info​

Detailed information about the program including its description, applicable regulation batches, and the program's mission and vision statements.

Courses Data​

A comprehensive list and details of courses under the program. This may include course credits, instructors, and links to course outcomes.

OBE Data​

Dedicated space for Outcome-Based Education data, including Program Outcomes (PO), Program Specific Outcomes (PSO), and mapping matrices.

Semester Timeline and Tracking​

A timeline view to track the progress of each semester within the program, including key dates, deadlines, and milestones.

Program Overall Progress​

A tab dedicated to the holistic view of the program's progress, including attainment of outcomes, overall student performance, and program health indicators.
